SingPost Registered Air Parcel
We ship globally by SingPost Registered Air Mail. The estimated time of shipping can be 2-14 days depending on location. We will advice on shipping tracking number for your order once it's being sent to Singpost.
The rates we charge is exactly what Singpost charge and can be checked at Singpost Registered Air Parcel Rates
Registered Mail will have a Registered Article number and needs to be signed for, this option is enabled by default. The additional cost is $2.24 SGD.
You can trace your registered international parcel via Singpost Registered Mail Tracking Service and also your country postal service.
Estimated Delivery Time upon Shipping (in business days):
Within Singapore : 1 - 3 days (Local Normal/Registered Postage)
Zone A : 3 - 10 days
Zone B : 5 - 12 days
Zone C : 5 - 15 days
Zone D : 6 - 16 days
Zone E : 6 - 16 days
Zone F : 8 - 21 days
Please note that delivery times are also subject to the delivery location and customs clearance in the recipient's country. Most international deliveries will take less than 21 days. In any case, kindly allow up to 28 days for delivery.

International Returns Policy
Product will be exchangeable (for same product) for the conditions (1.)+(2.)+(3.) or (1.)+(3.):
- Items are returned within 7 days of purchase date
- Wrong item shipped.
- Items must be in resaleable condition. All packagings and accessories must be intact.
All Products sold are non-refundable.
Transportation cost of return and exchange products will be borne by the customer.
Any other form of returns will be considered on a case by case basis, usually in a form of discounted buy backs.
