1. Do I need to pay if I registered an account?

Ans : Register an account with us is FREE. Reasons why you need to register is because, we required our customers to register an account so that we can ensure all orders to be follow-up promptly. In addition, being a member you are able to receive our newsletter updates from our store.

2. How do I make an order?
  • Choose your items and click "Add to cart "
  • Checkout and see the total Amount payable
  • Made Total Amount payable to POSB/DBS account via ATM transfer or internet banking.
  • Order will only be process once payment is received.
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Do check if you have receive the mail, if it's not in your inbox do check spam/bulk folder.

3. I do not have internet banking. Can I do a ATM bank transfer?

Ans : Yes, although we would prefered our customers to do Internet banking, you can still do a ATM bank transfer if you do not have Internet banking. Please drop me an email once you have made your payment. Your email have to include your bank type/amount/date/time/location/reference ID of your transaction.

4. Are the masks selling on per piece or box set?

Ans : All the masks are priced at per piece.

5. If I do not received my items after making payment, what should I do?

Ans : Please email us to check if you have any missing package. Please note that if you choose normal mail, the responsibility is with the buyer. However, if you choose registered mail, we will help you trace the missing package with the Singapore Post Office.

6. Do you do meet-up for delivery of items?

Ans : No meetup will be entertained.

7. Can I cancel my order once my payment is made?

Ans : No, Orders that have been successfully paid for are final. No cancellations or refunds are allowed.

8. The item is out of stock, can I do a pre-order?

Ans : No, currently we don't do pre-ordering.

9. Do you provide overseas delivery services?

Ans: No, Currently we do not do overseas delivery services.

10. How can I check my orders status?

Ans: You can log into your account and check your order status. Alternatively, you can email us at enquiry[at]pichuya.com with the assigned order id and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

11. What does the order status code that I received means?

Order Confirmed – This means that we have received & confirmed your order.
Order Processing – Payment received, process order.
Order Delivered – This means that we have shipped out the items to Singpost.
Order Cancelled – This means that order has been cancelled.

12. Am I allowed to add items after I have made my order?

Ans: No, we do not encourage adding on of new items to your existing orders as to avoid any unnecessary confusion. Please kindly make a new order for your new items. Thank you.

14. I have made an order on Saturday/Sunday afternoon, but I still have not receive a confirmation email?

Ans: Although we operate on 24hours online store, we take rest on weekends just like everyone too. :)

Orders which are made on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays will be process on the next working day.
At times, we do experience high volume of orders and emails, so do give us within 24-48hrs to get back to you. :)

We will ensure that your orders and emails will be promptly processed and replied.

15. I have keyed an invalid delivery address, how do I ammend it? How about the items that are shipping status now?

Ans: It is important for customer to be sure that they entered their valid delivery address in their account.
To change your details, you can login to your membership account and ammend your address accordingly.

You can amend your delivery address at the following web address:

http://www.pichuya.com/shop/address_book.php

Click on Edit button & Edit your mailing address.
Click on Update once you are done!

NOTE: We are not responsible for any lost of items during the delivery if customer provide us the wrong delivery address.

If items are sent through local non-registered mail, we have no way to recover it back.
Unless, items are sent through registered mail which will later send back to us.

For redelivery for items that are sent back to us by SingPost, we have to charge you for the standard shipping charges again.

So please ensure that your information is correct before you check out. Thanks.

16. I wish to opt for registered mail for my items. How can I do that?

Ans: You can go to the menu on the left, Select on Singpost Registered Mail. Click on Buy Now for Singpost.

17. One of the item that I received is damaged, can I get a refund or exchange from you?

Ans: Sorry, We will not be responsible for items damages that may have incurred through mail. Quality check will be performed before the items are sent out.

18. When can I get the items after I made the payment?

Ans: Once we received your payment, we will ship your order on the next working day. And you will receive the item around 2-3 days via normal or registered mail.

19. How do I collect the items when there is no one at home during the delivery (For Registered Mail) ?

Ans: If there is no one at home during the delivery, SingPost postman will slide a notification slip under your door so you can collect the item at your nearest post office.

Please note that if item is not claimed from the post office and it rebounce back to us, resending of package will initiate upon receipt of redelivery charges.
